There is only one winner every week. There are only four of those weeks every season where your legacy is significantly altered by way of major championships. The odds, being frank, are stacked against any one individual which is why when people win multiple events it is so impressive.
Ben Griffin pulled off a hat trick on PGA Tour last season and this upcoming one will mark the first time that he will be playing all four majors in a single campaign. I was able to catch up with Ben recently and he noted that his goal is to win them all. You can watch our conversation below.
To be clear Ben was not offering this in any sort of hot take way, but he was still serious. We had a back and forth about how you have to have these types of goals in life and he noted that he feels this is a particularly true disposition in the world of professional golf. You have to believe that you are going to reach the levels that you are reaching for and if you aren’t reaching for them… well… you may not get there.
It was a fascinating discussion about positivity and goal-setting in general, and it was just the latest reason why people will flock to one of the Tour’s latest superstars. Griffin became a household name throughout last year and if he has his say that will only continue across the course of 2026.
Before the season starts, specifically on Tuesday, January 13th, golf fans can get a glimpse of Ben’s game and personally in another capacity, too. He, Keith Mitchell, Jake Knapp, and Charley Hull worked with Tito’s Vodka in the Tito’s Shorties Classic which was a pitch-and-putt charity event showdown that ended in a $500,000 donation to charity. It drops on the 13th exclusively on SkratchTV’s YouTube Channel and is surely going to be a ton of fun.

Be on the lookout for Ben Griffin in 2026 and beyond. He knows how fortunate he is to be in the position that he is and he wants to take advantage of everything in front of him. That’s the type of mentality you want to root for.
